General Specifications for the Line

  1. Line for crushing, washing and drying plastic with a production capacity of 500 kg/hour

  2. Machines are manufactured with Egyptian steel and ready-made European components

  3. The line works on heavy and light plastic materials such as PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PET

  4. The line produces plastic flakes up to 25 mm after crushing, washing and drying.

  5. Parts in contact with plastic are made of rust-resistant galvanized steel

  6. Metal parts are manufactured on computer-controlled laser machines to ensure dimensional accuracy

  7. Machine parts are assembled with bolts without any welding to facilitate maintenance

  8. Power consumption: 95 kW/hour

  9. Water consumption: 2 cubic meters/hour

  10. Required workers: 3 per shift

  11. Required floor area: 150 sqm with 6 m height

  12. Central control panel for all machines with necessary protection

Conveying Belt

Plastic Recycling Line 3

  1. Belt for conveying plastic to the crusher and discharging at a constant rate

  2. The belt is manufactured with Egyptian materials and ready-made European components

  3. The belt body is laser-cut from high-quality steel sheets.

  4. The belt operates at a 30-degree angle from the ground.

  5. Total length up to 3.5 meters

  6. Total width up to 70 cm.

  7. Equipped with a lower hopper for collecting plastic

  8. Operates on a 3 HP electric motor with speed reducer.

  9. Linear speed is 18 meters/min

 

Plastic Crusher

  1. Plastic crusher manufactured with Egyptian materials and European components

  2. Crushing chamber: 80 cm length x 50 cm width.

  3. Inner rotating shaft diameter with knives: 400 mm.

  4. Shaft equipped with 15 moving knives and 10 fixed knives.

  5. Moving knives: 130 mm x 160 mm, thickness 20 mm.

  6. Fixed knives: 140 mm x 160 mm, thickness 20 mm.

  7. Operates with 50 HP, 380 V electric motor.

  8. Production rate up to 500 kg/hour.

  9. Equipped with 25 mm lower screen, adjustable.

  10. Knives adjustable without opening the machine.

  11. Bolted assembly for easy maintenance.

  12. Total weight: 2.5 tons

 

Washing Tank

Plastic Recycling Line 5

  1. Washing tank made of galvanized steel, capacity 500 kg/hour

  2. First stage: initial washing by friction, separating sand and impurities.

  3. Plastic transferred to next tank via conveying screw.

  4. Water drawn, purified, heated, and returned.

  5. Recycled water pumped onto plastic to separate labels.

  6. Second tank repeats washing and label separation.

  7. Water from second tank also purified and heated.

  8. Conveying screw with water for rinsing.

  9. Operates with 4 upper rollers, 50 cm diameter (for light plastic).

  10. Each roller driven by 2 HP motor with reducer.

  11. Equipped with 2 internal screws, 40 cm diameter (for heavy plastic).

  12. Each internal screw driven by 7 HP motor.

  13. Supplied with either upper rollers or lower screws.

  14. Prepared for side lifting screw to next stage.

  15. Connection point for water suction and filter unit.

  16. Lower sand trap for settled sand.

  17. External dimensions: 4 m x 110 cm x 130 cm

 

Washing Tank Filter

  2. Water recirculated via pump for separation inside filter

  3. Equipped with screw for continuous discharge of impurities

  4. Heaters to heat water after suction

  5. Float valve for automatic water supply

  7. Reduces need for multiple tanks and saves water

Centrifugal Dryer

Thermal Dryer

  5. Operates via drying cylinder with hot air

  6. Cylinder driven by 2 HP motor

  7. Air heated by 20 kW electric heater

  8. Air blower circulates hot air and separates paper labels

  9. Blower with cyclone to separate paper and moisture

  10. Feed screw into dryer

  11. Bottom outlet for final plastic, top outlet for vapors

  12. Side door for cleaning

 

Screw Conveyor
